VISUALIZATION
While saying these words, visualize a violet
flame coming up through you, surrounding
you in a three foot radius. You can get creative
and see it driving or spinning through you
or however you want. The visualization increases
the effect.
Then direct your consciousness just
above
your head. This is the point of your
Christ
Consciousness, your connection to God.
Direct
gratitude and love to the God force
-- which
you are a part of -- with great feeling,
thanking this energy for the help in
the
removal of all discord and negativity
from
your being.
What you are doing is asking and accepting
forgiveness. When you feel that you
are forgiven,
then it is so. God does not act in
judgement
or retribution -- those are human traits.
Since we are a part of God, all we
have to
do is relax judgement upon ourselves
and
invoke this cosmic law of forgiveness
through
the violet flame and then think on
it no
more.
I AM
I AM means "God in me," which is
a way of stating and affirming our connection
to God. It is also a way to say that we recognize
that we are open to God's influence in our
life and know it as a part of ourselves.
Kwan Yin says that this is a "vibratory
incantation that gives you automatic passage
through the tunnel, or automatic linkage
to the highest of vibratory rates. Because
you are a being of light."
This phrase was used a lot by Jesus,
if you
have ever read the transcriptions of
his
teachings in the Bible, as in I AM the way, the truth and the light. This is actually a decree, and refers not
so much as to Jesus being the way, but The
Christ as being the way. So this may be translated
as, God in me is the way...because recognizing and relating to the
God in us is always the way to truth and
our own soul salvation. This also goes back
to the old testament, where Moses asks the
burning bush (God, that is, according to
those writings) who is this voice. The voice
answers, I AM that I AM.
HISTORY
It is said that this meditation and knowledge
of this violet flame has not been available
to the average person on earth since the
days of Atlantis, and even back to Lemuria.
Ascended Master St Germain really wanted
to give it to us now so that we can use it
to free ourselves of any negativity and old
karma so that we really can stand as God
free beings. St Germain is the Ascended Master in charge of the next 2000 year cycle.
These Ascended Master meditations are
also
called decrees. There are many different
decrees. This particular one is based
on
channeled decrees by Ascended Master
St Germain,
as channeled through Guy and Edna Ballard.
This couple (also known as Godfre and Lotus
King) began teaching what has become known
as the I AM Teachings in the 1930s after
Guy Ballard had an encounter with St Germain
on Mount Shasta while he was walking. St
Germain asked him to go out and teach people
what they learned through him. There is a
series of small books that he wrote, documenting
this meeting and teachings that St Germain
gave him to give to humanity.
